1. Products and Services

Fashionshri offers customized printed products such as T-shirts, mugs, caps, and more. All products are created as per the design, photo, or artwork submitted by the customer during the order process.

2. Order Process

1) All orders must be placed online via our website.
2) Only online payments are accepted. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
3) After payment, you will receive a confirmation call from our team to verify and approve the order design.
4) Only after your verbal approval, we begin the production process.
5) If you choose to cancel the order during the confirmation call, 3% portal charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. After verification, the refund process may take approximately 3-5 working days.

3. Return and Refund Policy

1) Since all products are custom-made, returns and refunds are NOT accepted once the item is printed and dispatched.
2) We advise you to check your design and details carefully before giving approval during the confirmation call.
3) Refunds (minus 3% charges) are only possible before printing begins, and only if you decline during the confirmation call.

4. Shipping and Delivery

1) Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days (within India).
2) Special/Remote Area Delivery: 5-7 working days.
3) We ship across India and to selected international locations.
4) Shipping time may vary depending on location and courier services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

1) You are responsible for providing clear and high-quality images/designs.
2) Any copyright issues arising from submitted content are the customer's responsibility.
3) Please double-check your shipping address, contact details, and design information before placing an order.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, product designs, and text are the property of Fashionshri and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
